Fahd Kamal Chinoy holds a MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is currently CEO of Pakistan Cables Limited.
Mr. Fahd K. Chinoy has previously served in the banking industry, having worked with TD Securities in New York and Toronto as an Associate in various departments including Loan Syndications and Corporate Banking.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Atlas Battery Limited, MCB Arif Habib Savings and Investments Limited and the Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation, serves on the Board of Advisors for NOWPDP and holds the position of President of the Board of Governors for Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD). He is a ‘Certified Director’ from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and has previous served on the Board of Focus Humanitarian Assistance Pakistan.
He is on the Board of PCL since 05-05-2017.

Mr. Kamal A. Chinoy is a graduate of Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Cyprus. Currently he is the Chairman of Jubilee Life Insurance Co. and Director of International Steels Limited and International Industries Limited.
He is a ‘Certified Director’ from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. He has served as Chairman of the Aga Khan Foundation (Pakistan) and also as a Director of Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy, Atlas Insurance Limited, Pakistan Security Printing Corporation, NBP Fullerton Asset Management Limited, Atlas Battery Ltd, ICI Pakistan Limited, Askari Bank Limited, First International Investment Bank (an Amex JV), and Atlas Power Limited. He has also been a member of the Board of Governors of Army Burn Hall Institutions.
Mr. Kamal A. Chinoy is a member of the executive committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, Pakistan and is also a past President of the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP). He has also served on the Admissions Committee of Aga Khan University and the Alumni Admissions Committee for the University of Pennsylvania.
He has been a member of the Pakistan-UK Forum for Investment and Technology (under the Board of Investment, GoP) and the Experts Advisory Group for Engineering Goods for the Fifth Five Year Plan for the Government of Pakistan.

Mr. Waqas Mahmood is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a commerce graduate. Prior to joining Pakistan Cables, he was associated with KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co.
He possesses more than 15 years of experience in finance and taxation.

Arshad holds an Electrical Engineering degree from NED University and a MBA from IBA Karachi. He is a Certified Six Sigma blackbelt, a Lean Practitioner and has an established track record of corporate strategy development and implementation.
He brings with him diverse experience of over three decades with renowned MNCs like Siemens, Ciba Geigy and DuPont where he served in different capacities both domestically, as well as internationally. Prior to joining Pakistan Cables, he served DuPont as the Country Head in Pakistan for Corteva Agriscience.

Aadil has over two decades of experience in HR and Business transformation related initiatives within Pakistan and in the Middle East region. He has a track record of implementing organizational structures and implementing HR best practices.
Prior to joining Pakistan Cables Ltd., Aadil was associated with K Electric Limited as Director HR. He has also previously worked with various multinational and local organizations such as KPMG, PwC, PTCL, Shell, Al-Batha Group UAE and Tata Group.
Aadil is a member of various HR & IR associations in Pakistan and UAE. He is currently Member Board of Governors for Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD).

She brings with her a diverse experience in marketing, brand management, consumer insights, corporate and public communications, corporate social responsibility, organizational development and leadership having worked for reputable companies that include Philip Morris International (Pakistan), Philip Morris International (Singapore), PTHM Sampoerna (Indonesia), Dadex Eternit Ltd and Berger Paints Ltd.
She is a ‘Certified Director’ from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). She served has served on the Board of Academic Studies at Karachi School of Business Leadership (KSBL). Currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Amir S. Chinoy Foundation (ASCF) and is a life member of Ida Rieu Welfare Assocation.

Ms. Natasha Mohammad has a diverse experience of over 16 years including local ad international exposure. Her last experience was with the regulator at the Securities ad Exchange Commission of Pakistan as a Deputy Director (Law). She holds a LL(hos.) degree from the University of Βuckigham, UK besides being a Βarrister-At-Law.

Mr. Wahab has a combined professional experience of over 35 years with expertise in Integrated Planning, Cost Control, Assets Management, Contracts & Procurement, Budgeting & Forecasting, Renewable Business and Project Management. He started off his professional career in 1985 and has had an illustrious career spanning leading multinational oil and gas companies including Eni, LASMO and Union Texas Petroleum.
Mr. Wahab received his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi in 1985. He also achieved the status of ‘Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)’ from Institute for Supply Management, USA in 1999. In addition, he attained specialized trainings from prestigious institutions including University of Texas, George Washington University and George Mason University of USA.
Prior to joining Pakistan Cables, he held various senior management positions during his 20-years stay with Eni Pakistan, a subsidiary of Eni S.p.A., which ranks amongst the world’s largest integrated oil & gas companies. In his last role, he managed Eni’s portfolio of Renewable Energy Business in Pakistan and served on the Board of Directors of two Eni Group companies.
